I just reminded him that he may want to re-think his threats considering the sexual harrassment
he just sent to a very nice lady via ebay! I also told him when he puts up a public auciton be
prepared for comments. We stuck to the auction, he took it too far. Believe me he's re-thinking
this one right now. Lebanon is in SC just above the Charleston area... does anyone know of another
Lebanon anywhere else. I need to find out where this guy is from. Being married to cop pays off
sometimes.

I see you are into buying opposums and skunk items. Well I have some real nice ones if you are interested?
You have nothing better to do than stalk us hunters and trappers? I feel sorry for you, I really do. Fight
your little battle while you are busy wasting your breath I will be harvesting many MANY animals. I will kill,
eat and mount them for the whole world to enjoy.
I would hate to add insult to injury but I have to go out and skin a few opposums and fox that I trapped today.
Also If you and your anti freak buddies want to keep harrisng me I will file a law suite against you (WHICH I
WILL WIN) with all this great (documented) evidence I keep recieving from you freaks. Enjoy your day!

Below is a reply from Ebay to my husband who wrote them about the bears and dead animals in general.
Ebay says no bears so why the heck is it still listing. The opossum is gone? I don't think the time
was up on it, it's also gone from my watch list? Anyone keep a copy of it, if so check the dates. If
Ebay made him remove it I need to get ready because this guy is going to be very ANGRY, poor fellow....
I reported the opossum first, then I saw his other listings so maybe they haven't gotten to it yet. My
husband wrote back and demanded Ebay remove the bears, he told Ebay he had reported the listing to the
USDA and DNR which he did. Funny how he gets a reply right away and he just emailed them late yesterday.

Hello Sgt. Mowder,
Thank you for writing eBay.
Many animal related products are lawful and can be listed on eBay. We appreciate you sharing your opinion
and feedback regarding these items.
However, eBay has no plans to discontinue allowing the sale of all animal products.
There are certain guidelines related to Animal items, however. You referred to bears and bear products.
These are specifically referred to as prohibited under eBay guidelines. For more information, please visit
the following eBay Help page:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/wildlife.html
We understand your concern about items which may be in violation of our guidelines. However, please never
assume that we are aware of every listing on the site. eBay is only a venue. We provide the marketplace only.
Sellers can list items 24 hours a day and it is difficult to know who will list prohibited items or when they
will be listed. There may be members who are not aware of the policy and may list items in violation.
We do review all items that are reported to us and a determination is made on whether the item is in violation
of our policies.
Under our User Agreement
(http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/user-agreement.html), members promise to research the policies and not
other members' listings to see if an item is permissible. While there may be similar listings that have been
or are posted on the site, this does not always mean that they are allowed to be listed. Appropriate action
will be taken when such items are brought to our attention.
eBay relies on members to report potential offenses. If you have seen similar auctions listed on our site, it
may be that they were never reported to us. For possible violations of our policies, the most effective way for
members to report them is individually through the use of our webform at:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/contact_inline/report_listing.html
This method will help to expedite matters, ensuring that appropriate action will be taken swiftly. We respect
the anonymity of the members who report potential violations to us, and would never reveal this information.
We sincerely appreciate your efforts to keep eBay a safe and fun place to trade. Thank you for your participation
in the eBay community.
Regards,
Jens

I enjoy shopping Ebay and my wife and I are putting together our Ebay store to start selling on Ebay now. What
concerns me is when I shop on Ebay I DO NOT want to see all the dead animals, parts, furs and the killing that
is allowed to happen for profit. Ebay is allowing this to continue. I want to continue to support Ebay but cannot
do so until I can see some effort shown to stop this. I've reported sellers and so has my wife but yet I continue
to see the hundreds of auctions Ebay doesn't stop. Shipping bears and other dead animals across state lines can be
illegal in many states. What about the spread of diseases? Does Ebay require the seller to post all the proper
permits issued by the DNR? What about the USDA? I've asked the sellers questions and I'm harassed relentlessly via
Ebay's message list. Baby bear cubs being shot in Canada and brought into the US for sale on ebay? ...photo's posted
on your website, have you seen this?? Please, with the money Ebay is making off of me and others use some of it to
pay a staff to monitor the animal's auctions. You must have the normal, modern technology to stop this. If I can
find all these illegal auctions in an hour just think how many more are out there that a staff could find.
Please stop allowing Ebay to help others profit from killing. PETA, My contact number for myself and my wife is
XXX-XXX-XXXX. I would appreciate any help that can be given to help stop this. I love shopping Ebay but it's
getting harder to stomach the horrible things allow to be sold a auction. Please help. I have tons of past auctions
that were never ended of horrible animal items sold for money and I can find more. Protect R Wildlife has an
entire site dedicated to the horrible auctions Ebay has listed.
Sincerely
Sgt. H.R. Mowder
